My number one friend I'll ever have. Baxter was, for a short little while, the guy by my side at all times. Adopted in July 2022 from the [Small Breed Rescue of East Tennessee](https://sbret.com/), Baxter and I lived a very charmed life in downtown Knoxville. In February 2025, Baxter passed a very resilient 6 months after he was diagnosed with lymphoma. He was 7. Fortunately, Baxter has a very busy afterlife. His ashes mixed into our garden beds on the 2025 Spring equinox, Baxter now flaunts as Ghost Baxter. You may find him taking a single bite out of each of the strawberries, playing with the cats, or floating through a Sonic drive-thru near you. Baxter may be reached at <[email protected]> Some pictures of Baxter, for your pleasure: ![[Pasted image 20260623185426.png]] ![[Photo Oct 06 2024, 1 30 49 PM.jpg]] ![[Pasted image 20260623185009.png]] ![[Pasted image 20260623185047.png]] ![[Pasted image 20260623185212.png]] ![[Pasted image 20260623185230.png]] ![[Pasted image 20260623185313.png]] ![[Pasted image 20260623184920.png]]
